Mayor Of The Night Sky: 320 Shots Of Double Effect Mines
The artwork on these new compounds from Brothers is simply stunning. Embossed and highlighted graphics make the carton itself a masterpiece in its own right, but the quality of the effects within is where it’s really at. Run This Town is a huge 320-shot compound with 25mm bore tubes throughout, running for 108 seconds with 3840g of powder, a 5/5 noise rating and a 25 metre safety distance.
Built For Limited Width
Ideal for those with limited width, this is a pure straight firing cake, but fear not, the sheer size of the bursts means Run This Town will still fill the night sky. Comprising 4 barrages, each tube produces double effects, with coloured mines to bursts above.
The Opening
It starts with red strobe mines to dirty gold brocades with red strobe, a stunning red and blue with gold delayed crackle, more red and gold, and then the addition of purple and green stars with DC (delayed crackle).
Twin Effect Mines
Twin effect mines of red and green erupt to ti-willow bursts with red tips and silver strobe stars, before morphing to green tips with red strobe stars. More twin effect mines with blue and aqua burst above into ti-golden crowns with purple tips and aqua strobe, morphing into a section of ti-golden to silver comet tips with aqua strobe. That one is very unusual, and you’ll see it about 50 seconds into the video.
Gold Darts
Blue and green mines rise to gold darts and blue stars. These darts continue, accompanied by some lovely colour combinations.
The Finale
The finale consists of vivid dahlias of lemon, red, purple, blue and green against a backdrop of gold glittering ti-willow, finished with a cheeky flourish of salutes, all repeated several times. Run This Town is a contender for one of our favourite fireworks to hit the UK in 2026.
