Bloodshot By Vivid Pyrotechnics

139 Shots of Mixed-Pattern Colour From a Full 30mm Compound

BloodShot is one of Vivid Pyrotechnics’ flagship compounds, packing 139 shots from 25/30mm max bore tubes into a single-ignition display lasting 70 seconds. With a 5/5 noise rating, this is built for maximum impact, not a quiet corner of the garden, so give it the space and the audience it deserves.

The sequence opens straight-firing, with red tails bursting into gold brocade glitter and red blink stars, followed by green tails climbing to a gold crown that shifts into a striking white tip, a genuinely unusual effect for a cake at this price point. From there, BloodShot moves into a Z-firing double sweep of blue tails to gold brocade and blue, then a fanned volley of gold and red.

The middle section brings more of that new gold-to-silver transition effect, layered with deep red stars fired in a V formation, before BloodShot works through further gold, blue, red and crackling combinations. It all builds to a finale of double W-firing volleys, huge turbillion tails bursting into ti-radium salutes and red blink stars, a proper closing statement for a compound of this size.

Safety Information

BloodShot is a Category F3 firework with a specified safety distance of 25 metres. Category F3 fireworks are intended for outdoor use in large open spaces only and require a greater degree of experience and space than garden (F2) fireworks. Always read and follow the manufacturer’s instructions, use the firework only in a suitable large outdoor location, and keep spectators at or beyond the recommended safety distance. Cakes should always be secured so they can’t fall over, watch our safety videos on how to secure your cakes with bricks or wooden stakes.

Never hold a lit firework or return to a firework that has failed to ignite. Children and pets should remain safely away from the firing area.
